Assistance Programs

Making Homeownership  More Affordable

Instead of spending years saving for a down payment, you could get into your first home with little or no cash with a down payment assistance program. Programs come in several forms for eligible buyers: cash grants or secondary loans.

Most DPA programs are administered by state and local governments, private entities, charitable organizations.  There is no universal application for down payment assistance programs. Once you go through the pre-approval process, Durand Mortgage Group will be able to review the programs that works best for your financial situation.
